Q: What is your Business Hour?

A: We operate from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm pacific time. Therefore, if you place a order after 5 pm please expect it on next day. We do not operate during weekend or national holiday.

Q: Are those Product Key genuine?

A: Yes, they are 100% genuine and can also get support from Microsoft

Q: Are those DVD or USB original from Microsoft?

A: Unfortunately, no. Those DVD or USB is just a backup copy for slow internet buyer or buyer who needs a backup for future use. The DVD and USB will contain all necessary information that to complete the purchased product installation include genuine product key, software and installation tutorial.

Q: Are those DVD or USB contains Virus, I am scared of unknown media.

A: No, absolutely no virus from our physical media. You can use it with 100% confidence.

Q: What will I get when I purchase digital download?

A: You will get your purchased software download link both 32bits and 64bits if applies, genuine product code that works for this product and proper installation guide via your email. Make sure check your email spam or junk folder within 48 hours.

Q: How do I know if my system is 32bit or 64bit if I choose buy USB drive of the product.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: For digital download product we don't accept refund unless somehow we send out wrong product key, we have special software to check if the key match the product or not. Once we confirm the product key is sent wrong, we will either exchange or refund buyer's money.

For rest of non digital product for example DVD or USB drive

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, due to sensitive information in the media. For both DVD and USB drive must be unused with original seal and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Q: I have trouble to install the software/Windows, can you help?

A: We will try the best to help our customer go through every step of the installation. We will soon launch some video tutorials on Youtube. However, due to varies computer system and setup, we are not able to cover every customer for complete installation. If you have trouble to install your Windows OS or software, please ask for local tech support.

Q: How fast can I get the product?

A: It depends, if you are buy digital download. Your product will arrive within 12 hours or faster. Physical delivery will take 3-5 days for US customer. 2 or more weeks for international customer.
